In contrast to the Orange OR15, the Mark 5 Thirty-Five is a darker amp.
It has a very rich clean tone, without a lot of edge.
It has a distinctive crunch tone.
And it has a monstrous distortion tone that sustains for a days and days.
The EQ section allows a phenomenal level of tonal control.
I usually put the ’74 Telecaster through this, but also the Strat and the Hamer.
You're seeing the result of a lifelong obsession (addiction?) with guitars and gear. From an invention, to acoustic guitars, to guitars I've built, to some of the gear that's accumulated, there's a lot of it here...Music is the biggest part of my life outside my family.
